**Tuesday to Friday: 10:30am - 2:30pm & 5:30pm - 7:30pm**
**Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 8pm**

Does my child need socks to jump?
Yes! All children need socks to jump!
Is there an area for my toddler to safely play?
Yes! We offer a Tots Only Area designed for children ages 3 and younger.
Do you host birthday parties? What size party packages do you offer?
Yes! We host children's birthday parties on both weekdays and weekends.

For an additional $50, you and your party guests can have fun on our 16 ft. rock climbing wall! (appropriate for children approx. 5 years of age)
For an additional $35, you can also add Bumper Cars! (suitable for kids Age 1.5 to 5.5 years)
Can I bring my own food and drink for a party?
Any outside food is not permitted into the building for a birthday party. However, you can certainly bring your own birthday cake, cup cakes.
We give you the choice to order pizza and drink, and/or variety of other Food from us. We will order food for your party guests and provide a variety of drinks (the food and drink prices are in addition to the party package prices and will be added to your final bill. ).
What’s included in the party package?
- 1 hour of play time & 45 minutes in a private party room.-
- A party coordinator to ensure everyone is having a fun and safe time; They will also assist parents in the party room.
- Paper plates, Napkins, Cups & Cutlery is also included in the party Package.
- You can request for additional time for play and/or party room at additional cost $30/15 Min.
- For large number of guests, you can request second party room for an additional $150.
- For an additional $50, you and your party guests can have fun on our 16 ft. rock climbing wall!
- $10/Child - each additional child above 30 children count
- For an additional (price range from $75 to $200), you can request custom decorations.
Price depends upon the theme and decorations you choose (glitter curtains, backdrop, birthday banner, balloons, balloon arch, theme tablecloths, cake and cupcake stands etc.) . We will give you price upfront based on the theme and amount of decorations you choose.
- For an additional $35, kids can have fun on our Bumper cars!
- Goodie Bags (with theme/general party favors) costs between $5 to $15
What is your cancellation policy for party/event at Jumpin Joeys?
If you need to cancel a party, you may do so up to 21 days from the party date. In this case, we will issue a full refund. If it is less than 21 days from the day of party your $100 party deposit will not be refunded.
Here at Jumpin' Joeys we understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule a party, just give us a call at least two weeks before the party date, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise the $100 party deposit will not be refunded if given less than two weeks notice.
And of course, if inclement weather prevents us from opening on the day of your party, we will work to have it rescheduled as soon as possible!
What is your cancellation policy for Bounce House Rentals?
If you need to cancel the bounce house rentals, you may do so up to 7 days from the event date. In this case, we will issue a full refund. If it is 3 days before the event we will issue a 50% refund of the deposit amount. If it is less than 3 days from the day of event your $100 rental deposit will not be refunded.
